“I bought this as a little reward to myself for working hard over the summer holidays and I was not disappointed. This watch is so comfortable to wear, the Lume dial glows beautifully and is a great conversation piece.”

“All thanks to Elana. She showcased the high quality service levels of Citizen in empathy, customer awareness, transparency, and response speed: the first despatch went missing in transit and was promptly replaced with next day delivery. Thank you. The Citizen Watch, Titanium, light weight, 42mm, automatic, day date, 20 bar water resistant. At that price and quality, you couldn't ask for anything more. I bought one in 1999. Worn everyday since then and it's still going strong, keeping accurate time. Bought this as an upgrade but reluctant to retire it. Only fault is that the day date manual setting via the screwdown crown stopped working. Plan to send it to Citizen for service. Kudos, Citizen”

“What is there to say? I got my first Citizen (eco-drive) 16 years ago, never had it serviced or battery changed and it's still going strong. I've bought a couple since, one for my son, the other as a 'special edition ' still in its box I'd seen this Promaster a while ago at its full price and "ummed" and "ahhed" about buying it, bookmarking the link for later, so when I saw it at almost half price on the Citizen website I didn't hesitate. Great looking, eco-drive, love the white face on black...what ISN'T there to like? Knowing Citizen's quality, I don't doubt this watch will last and be enjoyed for quite a long time to come. I would not hesitate to recommend Citizen watches.”

“Beautiful Eco-Drive watch with green dial; bought on the recommendation of a jeweller; difficult to choose between this and the Automatic but the reduced servicing and more accurate timekeeping tipped the balance; the watch seems to be good value and delivery was swift.”
