“Have received a Citizen Eco-Drive Promaster Divers watch as a birthday present. Its solidly built, easy to use and looks good on my wrist.”

“Buying the watch was easy enough with quick response and delivery; 3 easy payments through KLARNA, a no brainer. The watch however was faulty and although under warranty I still have to pay to send it back to be fixed, Citizen have neither acknowledged receipt of the watch nor given an estimate as to time of repair. Overall I'm disappointed.”

“I'm very happy with my purchase Citizen watch AW1780-09L it's a rather smart looking watch I'v shown it to my family and friends and had a few remarks of the really nice face it has also a very good black leather strap which complements the watch,this is my third Citizen that I have purchased and it won't be the last I love the ECHO-DRIVE! another good one thank you Citizen.”
