“Poor design. Very difficult to see second hand can’t read day or date unless outdoors in very sunny weather. Watch doesn’t illuminate very well in the dark. Very disappointed, would not recommend citizen watches nor will I buy one again”

“I purchased Men's Sport watch with a line dial. I purchased it with a great discount. I already liked it when I saw it on the website but when it arrived, I fell in love with it. It is so well designed! And it look great on my wrist. Paying online was straight forward process and the delay very was speedy, as well. I will certainly buy more watches again from this website.”

“I recently purchased a new watch as an anniversary gift for my husband. the website was customer friendly and the ordering process simple. The size guide we printed off was a great idea and took the guesswork out of the wristband sizing. The watch arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and very well protected by the little transparent stickers. I know my husband will love it ( I think it will be 8 Citizen watches he will have now ) He thinks they are the best! Thank you :-)”

“I recently bought a Promaster Skyhawk Model Number: JV2000-51L. This is a great watch. It was delivered within a couple of days of ordering. When you order direct from Citizen you specify your wrist size. So it fits on arrival. I am very happy with my purchase.”

“I am very pleased with the service provided by Citizen Watch UK. The watch looks great and is beautifully designed with a pale blue face. It is comfortable to wear and the functions are well arranged on the dial. The bracelet has a bright finish which complements the face with gentle reflections. As an added bonus the watch arrived securely packaged and a 10% discount.”

“As The Citizen is only supplied online I was in two minds about buying an expensive watch I couldn't physically see or try on. Having researched the watch (AQ4106) as far as possible however, I decided to order one as Citizen has a no quibble returns policy. The purchase and registration process was great. Both the Sales and Support teams were very prompt in responding to queries and the watch arrived extremely quickly. I was particularly drawn to its phenomenal accuracy, perpetual calendar feature and its hour hand hack, which makes it a good travel watch. It is too soon to comment on these functions, but it is a great looking watch and I am very pleased with it so far.”
