“Simply… WOW!! Incredible design that suits me!! After only a few days of receiving this beautiful watch, it’s holding to the Atomic Clock to the absolute accurate second! That’s a LOT more than I expected considering its solar charging capability!! Absolutely love your product portfolio and the price point makes such great products so easily accessible!! “I dont normally purchase watches online but the service from Citizen Watch UK was fantastic. Handy wrist print out to measure the size of the wrist before ordering. As for the watch itself, absolutly perfect. I ordered the Men's Sport Model Number: AW0156-57X and its exactly as described. Person it was bought for loves it!”

“The Promaster Skyhawk is a robust and full of features. I'm a big fan of the Eco-Drive technology, which means it's powered by light and will never need a battery replacement. Its a substantial watch, but feels great on my wrist. It might seem a bit busy if you're looking for a simple time-teller, but if you want a reliable, high-tech watch with a lot of functionality and a clear sense of purpose, it's a fantastic option.”

“The watch arrived but did not have any charge. Tried various ways to charge it and contacted customer services who then advised to unscrew crown and leave out for 4-5 days. You buy a new watch and don’t expect to have to now leave it! There is no guidance in the booklet or online to advise you of this and customer services were abrupt and took it for granted that you should know this.”

“A nice looking & reasonable weight watch. Seems to keep time well. I would of applied 5 stars but the leather strap doesn't easily flex, making it difficult to buckle up & causing the buckle to be nearing the side of my wrist. It required more supple leather.”

“Citizen Watch Men's Strap Model Number: BM8479-09L is the ideal horological companion for the older man who wishes to check the time with a swift glance at its white hands set in a 42mm navy blue dial and narrow bezel. The symentry of the four enlarged quarter hour numerals and eight batons is Classic Design done well. A cyclops magnifier over the tiny sunken day/date would be an improvement. The light brown leather chunky strap with its contrasting stitching and branded substantial buckle is an ideal match. This watch is a high quality timepiece with all the traditional features of Citizen's Eco-Drive solar charging system.”

“I recently bought my third Citizen Watch, one of your Weekenders. Well named, but I know I won't be able to keep it off my wrist during the week. Extremely stylish, with rugged good looks, I was unsure about the gloss black case, I usually wear stainless steel, or titanium, but it fits the watch very well. Apart from a slight hitch with the couriers, which was brilliantly handled by your customer service team, it was the usual slick, smooth Citizen, operation.”

“My rating is very low as, at this time, the watch that I acquired as a gift for my wife's birthday two weeks ago has been returned in lieu of a refund as it is not keeping time. It has to be said that the purchase and delivery of the item was easy and went well. However, the impact in terms of a gift has been very disappointing.”
