“I had a few issues with the prescription not being right. I have varifocal lenses and I knew at once they were not right. There was no problem at all in me coming back after a week to say I was not seeing well and another eye test was organised and new lenses ordered. As soon as I put my new specs on, I knew right away they were fine. The customer care I received was second to none and never felt I was a nuisance.
