That dratted field vision test became simple with their tool and measurements were taken to enable my glasses to fit perfectly immediately. C&B identified the ‘blurring’ I was experiencing was caused by scratches on the lens. Not deterioration of my vision which was very relieving.
The next pleasant surprise was when I discovered the lens had a two year guarantee so they’re being replaced without any quibble.

“I felt the assistant was very thorough, and not at all pushing me to upgrade my glasses. So I very different from my last experience when I didn't want to upgtade until my cataracts were done. I was just told very unkindly that I wasn't legal drive, and then she just assustNt walked away and left me, didn't as me how I would get home, offer to offer to arrange a taxi for me, an elderly woman in her late eighties, this was after my husband and I had spent thousands over the years as loyal customers buying the best upgrades every time. I felt really different with this lady, i highly recommend her skill and attitude towards me, and felt I would come back and heed her recommendations.”
