From there to the optician and then another lady to measure up and order what I required. A great team and would recommend this opticians to anyone who wants great results and treatment.”

“The eye test itself was excellent. Thorough, informative, professional, interesting., individual and very focussed on me.
After that it was a huge disappointment. No longer focussed on my requirements. More about how much money I could be persuaded to spend.. Interesting that the amount I would have to pay was given as a total with the individual costs rushed through verbally. It would have been far better to have a written and itemised bill which could be questioned. I was 'amused' to have to question if the total included the extra £25 for my comprehensive test. It didn't and was the one part I was more than happy to pay. The question of whether I wanted to pay the full amount owing then or only half should have been the other way around. Overall, apart from the eye test, thus was very disappointing. I write this as requested, before I receive my glasses back.”
