The eye test was explained by and what Laura the optician was going to check and examine, finishing with the electronic scanner
taken pictures of inside my eyes.
This is not a standard part of the Eye Test, and
you have to pay for this check and photographs.
It was well worth it, as it highlighted a change
in my right eye, which requires further examination.
All the staff are so helpful and look forward to visiting Cleland & Boyd for my next examination.

There was a slight delay in eventually receiving my glasses, which was due to the Easter bank holidays, but Susan kept me informed about their progress.

C&B identified the ‘blurring’ I was experiencing was caused by scratches on the lens. Not deterioration of my vision which was very relieving.
The next pleasant surprise was when I discovered the lens had a two year guarantee so they’re being replaced without any quibble.
I find it’s always a pleasure to go to Clelland andBoyd, apart from being excellent opticians with a fabulous range of spectacular (!) frames they work as a team and make you feel lyou are the most important patient of the day
