I didn't have time for the consultation to find the perfect frames (fussy baby, remember), but they were happy to book me in for another day and asked me some of my likes and dislikes so they could make sure they'd have frames in from their other stores that they thought I'd like. “The staff are excellent and can't do enough for you during the visit...just a pity that my distance glasses lens have gone wrong at the same place on each lens and it can't be explained what has happened to them, They will need to be replaced and they are only a few years old, Just a bit confused on why the coating is coming off.”
