From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we felt relaxed and comfortable with the whole process. I had a very thorough examination from the optometrist Rebecca who explained what was wrong with my eyes and gave me detailed instructions on what I should do to make them better and that has helped immensely. I was also collecting some new glasses which were already on the desk in from of the dispensing optician Kinga when I came out of the test room. She had me try them on and adjusted them to perfection and altered my previously collect pair to the same level of perfection and made sure I was totally happy with both pairs before we left. All in all a very pleasant experience. We will not hesitate to return to your store for future pairs of glasses or any other eye issues.”

The staff are all very friendly and really passionate about what they do and their products. Being a new customer it was great to receive a very relaxed experience where it is about you and what you need and not to be part of the corporate process or machine like other large opticians. For me having the optician deal with all aspects of your check up and eye test provides great piece of mind. Lastly having the choice of different and innovative styles of glases that you don't see everywhere is rather cool.”
