“I was attracted to the site via pin interest advert. Loved the products on sale, very original designs & selection of candles. Ordered a number of candles, the process & Discovered the site on a Pinterest advert when I was looking for pillar candles. Intrigued went onto the site & loved the original product shown on the website. Still ordered my pillar candle & as well as some other items The moment the order was complete Cotswold Candle Hut kept me regularly updated on the delivery of my products. When they arrived I was very pleased with the products the Inspiritus Robin Pot scented candle & Thyme & Mint Scented Large potted candle exceeded my expectations as they were bought as presents.”

“As a new customer I was excited to place my first order. I sent numerous emails requesting my first customer discount ( never received ). I placed an order and wanted to add to the existing order. My orders were not of an insignificant amount and I never at any point received any communication , replies , email or opportunity to call …. Until now and I really wish I didn’t have to leave negative feedback ( I have never given feedback to online purchases previously) love the products , love the candle selection but very disappointing customer service , sorry”

“Very disappointed. The outside of the candle was badly marked and could not be used for a present, which was the aim. I emailed the company twice sending photos and filled out the online contact form. I have had no reply. Customer service obviously does not exist. I shall not be buying from Cotswold Candle Hut again and definitely will not recommend.”

“So disappointed with this company . Of the goods I ordered only the candle in the rabbit pot was as described and expected. The dinner candles were not as described they were the size and shape of a thin pencil and don’t fit any candlestick I own . I opted for the gift wrapping indicated as white with red bow. What I received was the pot wrapped in a very small piece of cheap striped paper held together with 3 pieces of sellotape the paper didn’t meet completely at the joins so the tape was just stretched over . It looked awful and having spent £4 on this service I had to go and buy a gift bag and tissue costing £3 before I could give it to my friend . When I wrote and asked for a refund of the gift wrap and expressed disappointment at the dinner candles I got no response . Would not use again or recommend.”
