First I want to say, I never received the product and if I could I would give 0 stars. We placed our order and I find out that my job will be laying us off due to a fire. No ETA when we will return to work. The order was placed for less then a week. I contacted cradlewise to cancel my order and they tell me canceling the order is not guaranteed and will incur fees of $50. Our baby is due in April and with 2 other little ones to care for we simply can not offered to pay for this crib since I am being laid off and only depending on one income until further notice. This interaction with customer service is in my opinion quite horrible. Sometimes as a business it helps to eat costs to provide great customer service/support. I will not be ordering from them again and feel I need to share with others this experience.

We have had a long history of connection issues and a noisy bounce with the crib. The crib never soothed my child as advertised. The video feed connection is hit or miss. The light on the crib arm frequently blinks brightly and erratically indicating some unknown issue. We recently discovered a defect with the crib that likely led to many of these issues. I contacted the company and they told me I was lying about the discovery of the manufacturing defect. This response, in particular, has left me in disbelief. The technical team takes days to get back to you if you contact them to troubleshoot, and their help has not resolved any of our issues. They told me to buy expensive replacement parts that did not help my issue, and it was during this part replacement that I discovered the manufacturing defect. They have not responded to my inquiry about reimbursing the expensive part replacement that did not resolve the issue. Buyer, beware!!

Beware Military Families: Limited Warranty Coverage for Overseas Duty Stations If you're a military family, avoid purchasing the Cradlewise crib. The warranty doesn't cover any issues if you're stationed outside the US. Ours broke within six months. One night, a loud mechanical whirring sound woke us up, and now the bounce feature is useless. Additionally, the Bluetooth and white noise features don't work well. The only aspect I appreciate is the camera, but it's too expensive for just a monitoring feature. At around $2,000, we're now stuck with an overpriced crib that no longer soothes or bounces as intended.

All these 5 star reviews are so fake. New Dad here. My workout partner raves about the SNOO, and a few other friends who recently had babies. I was sold on the SNOO, however my wife really wanted to get the Cradlewise because of their marketing, Al, all these features and you can use it up to 2 years. First night home with our baby, the bounce stopped working after 3mins, made a crazy loud buzzing sound and scared our baby. Reported this to customer service, atter a week they sent me a new base to install, so I reinstalled the whole thing with the new base... first try... 5 mins and the same thing happens!!! Emailed customer service to return and they are trying to convince me to keep it. That will not happen. They have a huge quality control issue. Super frustrating. Also, pro tip save your box!!! $120 for a new box, we also made this mistake. The plan is to return this asap. Idea great, execution 0/10

My wife and I were both very excited to purchase the Cradlewise in the beginning of our parenting journey. Our excitement quickly turned to total frustration and annoyance. When we first purchase the crib, we immediately ran into an issue with the arc not providing a video signal after I assembled everything. I reached out to the technical support team and they ended up sending a replacement arc and base. I had to go through the process of replacing the base and arc before we even put our daughter into the crib. I was hoping this was a one off issue with the crib, but sadly this was just the start of all of our problems. Fast forward 5 months, we have now ran into issues with the crib not producing any white noise and the bounce function has began to make a loud mechanical noise followed by shutting off completely. Like before, I reached out to the technical team and their work around was to update a setting in the application. Needless to say, that did not work and we were sent another base and arc. This is now the third time I have had to install a base and arc for my Cradlewise. I was excited to link my third “new” arc and base to my application to hopefully get all of these technical issues behind us. I went into the app, linked everything up, calibrated my crib, and began a test of the bounce before I put my daughter in and…the crib started to make mechanical noises when the Cradlewise would bounce. The product is suppose to be a premium crib. The crib definitely has the premium price tag but it does not have the premium level of quality control. I am severely disappointed in the quality we have seen with all of these replacement parts. The parts we receive seemed to be parts that have been “fixed” and used as replacement parts for other customers. I feel like I am in a perpetual state of fixing problems with my Cradlewise and I am over it. I will be reaching out to the technical support team for a fourth time and I am sure I will be told they will send me a new base and arc. The amount of time I have wasted in setting up this crib, replacing the parts, and packing up the old parts is unacceptable for the price I paid for this crib. I do not have the time in my day to keep replacing all of these parts. I just want a crib that functions as advertised. I am hoping I just have terrible luck because I would not wish these issues on any new parents.

The crib itself and the concept of cradlewise is great but only if the app actually worked. I’ve had this crib for a year now and the app freezes many times a week. I rely on the cradlewise monitor to inform me when baby is awake or crying since she sleeps in a different room but the monitor and app itself continues to freeze randomly and becomes unreliable. It is quite frustrating to depend on something that continues to glitch and with no actual solution from their customer support team. Never have I been able to speak to an actual person and when they finally do respond to my emails, their advice never fixes or addresses the actual problem. Again, it’s a well built beautiful crib, but the aesthetics is the only positive thing about cradlewise which is not worth the $2,000. Fix the app and have better a customer support team. Maybe then it would be worth the cost.

It’s okay! Bluetooth is nice, camera is great, bounce repose also good. The part that ruins it is trying to connect to a second unit if you need another for some reason- constant pairing and unpairing is painful. No idea how they haven’t figured this out yet via the app. Kinda ruins the positive experience.

We have had this crib for less than a month. So far the camera stopped working in the middle of the night twice, and the crib stopped bouncing even though the app says the crib is bouncing. For the amount of money this crib is worth, it’s not worth the irritation of going through customer service (solutions were to unplug the crib or recalibrate, and even then takes multiple tries). Considering returning this, if this is my experience one month in, what will happen next?

So I have perhaps a bit of a unique review. We purchased Cradlewise back in January 2023 (baby is 3 months). It got delivered in early May 2023 (baby is now 7 months). The crib was supposed to arrive late April but there seemed to have been some sort of fedex issue but troubleshooting through Cradlewise was a positive experience and I commend the customer service for being so responsive and easy to work with. Now as far as the actual crib- there is no doubt it functions as intended, beautiful and sleek/minimal/simple design- a true All-In-One crib with the sound machine, camera and bounce feature all working as advertised. The app could use a bit more work as there was some lag but ultimately not a big issue at all for us. It was relatively simple to assemble and the online assembly videos are super helpful. However we still ended up returning the crib after a week but not because there was anything wrong with it. For us it was a simple issue that our baby did not need all of those features. Between January when we ordered the crib until May when we actually received it, our baby had been sleep trained and was able to put himself to sleep on his own without any need for rocking, bouncing motions- in fact his sleeping gradually improved as he transitioned from the newborn phase. So ultimately for us, the $ spent did not justify the use we actually had for it. However, both my partner and I agreed that had we known about cradlewise sooner and perhaps put in the order for the crib while I was still pregnant, we most likely would’ve found all the features that cradlewise has very useful in helping us get the precious sleep all parents need in the first few months. So for us it was a matter of wrong timing 😅 That being said the process to return the crib was simple and uncomplicated. Once again customer service was great and maintained regular communication. The disassembly video was helpful in showing us how to breakdown the crib. The hardest part was maybe putting all the pieces back into the box in a way that made it all fit together again but aside from that it went well. They inspected the crib and a refund was issued. Simple as that. TLDR;The Cradlewise is a great product to have for new parents especially- just so happened that by the time we received it, we no longer had a need for all the bells and whistles it came with to justify the expense.

I ordered a crib in November. I have sent 2 emails and called to ask when the crib will get shipped. No one responds to emails and no one answers the phone. How do you get in contact with this business Makes me nervous that a new company won't respond. Sets standards for future service issues.

Love the idea of this crib but at this stage of production I don’t think it’s worth the money. 1. I think there should be a portable monitor included with the crib so people without smart phones (like my dad) can care for the baby. Also, I don’t like that I need to keep the app open to be able to monitor my baby. A portable monitor with the option of the app would be great 2. The app doesn’t notify me of my baby stirring. I have to go into the app and look at the messages. I even have the notification settings on. 3. The calibration doesn’t always work. The app will say my baby isn’t in the crib when he is 4. The manual doesn’t explain all the features and uses for the crib. 5. There should be buttons on the crib to activate features. The push down method doesn’t work the greatest. 6. The camera doesn’t move so if you put your baby in the wrong way or your baby moves they may be out of view if the camera. 7. The temperature reading doesn’t read accurately 8. The app always has trouble connecting- with wifi, without wifi, ect.

Incredible! We’re all well rested. This was the greatest single purchase we made as new parents! The crib mimics the bouncing we do when holding our son in our arms. When he stirs at night the crib automatically detects the motion and starts softly bouncing to soothe him. He goes right back to sleep. It’s amazing! We started from birth and the soothing feature helped him sleep longer and longer stretches each week. This feature had our son sleeping 10-12 hours at night by the time he was 4 months old! I also love that the crib grows with him so we didn’t have to buy a new larger crib. Our son is now 13 months old and his great sleeping trend in his Cradlewise crib has continued. We are all well rested and couldn’t be happier.

My wife and I searched through endless cribs, all of which I felt were priced highly purely owing to the design/ color. In finding cradlewise I found a crib that does it all. I don't need a bassinet at all and my baby has used Cradlewise since he came home from the hospital. He has slept soundly through the night since 6weeks. He is three months now and sleeps a solid 11 hours every night. This crib is a steal for all it offers - built in camera, sounds, rocking, and sleep monitoring- not to mention it's beautiful design. There is a team on hand ready to answer any query or concern I have while using the app, and improving on the technology with every app update. I feel listened to and looked after as a consumer.

We love our cradlewise crib! It truly is a smart crib that bounces and soothes baby. It is also very modern and stylish. My only complaint is the app - it is getting up to speed, but lacks an "excellent" functionality thus holding me back from the 5 star rating. Even still, I highly recommend this crib and have no regrets! My baby seems to love it too.

We would absolutely buy the cradle again. Our little guy is 14 months old now and is such a great sleeper. Given our complete inexperience and lack of plan, we have to attribute this to the cradle. It catches him as he is stirring and bounces him back to sleep and prevents him from waking fully the majority of the time. We haven't experienced many dreadful sleep regressions and have generally been pleasantly surprised by how uninterrupted his sleep is. The built-in camera is also great for checking on him and taking cute sleep baby pictures in the middle of the night. I am also pleased that it looks like we may be able to use this as his bed until his second birthday and move him right into a toddler bed. So, we won't ever need any other crib. The constructive criticism I would give: the app needs some work (e.g., we often have to restart it because it freezes and we haven't felt the data about his sleep history is accurate). The sound monitor has never been super-clear. Also, in future iterations, they can hopefully make the bounce a bit quieter. Now that it's in the nursery, the bouncy noise is mostly drowned out by the white noise machine. But we kept it in our room for the first months and when it was close to mom's side of the bed, she could definitely hear it.

Cradlewise had been a game changer in our family! Our now 6 month old son, started using at 4 months, loves the soft bouncing motion. This is the first time he doesn’t cry going into his bassinet for naps and bedtime. We enjoy the larger crib space because our little guy is very long for his age. Our initial problem was our son not being able to stay asleep and waking up almost every hour. The cradlewise gently starts bouncing when it detects waking therefore keeps him asleep longer and he wakes well rested and happy! Love our smart crib!

This crib is a game changer! I bought this crib because my husband was only going to have 2 weeks of paternity leave and I knew I would struggle handling nights on my own, and I was searching online for smart cribs or other devices to help babies sleep better. The only one I had heard about before was the Snoo but I had a really hard time justifying the price tag given that you could only use it for a few months. Luckily I saw an ad for the Cradlewise! What I love about it: - It's so quiet, so that I don't get woken up by the noise. -There are settings around how responsive it is, which we are currently using to help with sleep training. -The materials are high quality. -It's beautiful! It really is a gorgeous crib -I love that you can use it for up to 2 years! One less baby item to buy that you only use for a short time. We figured that the alternative was to get a night nurse when the sleep deprivation got really bad but with the Cradlewise we felt we didn't need it, and we were right. -Audio (white noise) and camera are built in. So yet another baby item we didn't need to buy. One big benefit is that because my baby spends more time in deep sleep she is already used to sleeping for longer stretches at night as we wean her off the bouncing. And I still have the flexibility to turn bouncing back on as needed.
