I'm still waiting on the bed base and holding back the mattress that I've bought. You people don't communicate properly .I've sent numerous emails an calls and the company aren't listening. 1 staff member finally understood my request after a while .

I am so sorry to read you have had these issues with delaying your delivery, I can understand that this would be very frustrating and inconvenient and I sincerely apologise for this. Having looked into this for you, I can see that the order you placed for your mattress has been placed on hold as requested until you can proceed with the order for your desired bed frame. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend. Very upset customers. Refused to delivery bed to front door demanding to go through back gate into garden.

A bad experience from the start. Little communication and no response to 3 most recent emails. Cancelled order and asked for a refund which has still not been received. I've now had to involve credit card company to obtain the refund.

Hello M P Fitzpatrick, I am sorry to read that you had this experience with us, I can appreciate how frustrating and disappointing this must be. With regards to your refund, I can see that the refund was released from us via the case you raised. This will be processed for you via the payment system Braintree, as this was a case opened to recover the funds it can take a little longer than a standard refund. For the emails you have sent, I cannot see that we have received any from the email address used on your order, however, if you would like to resend these to us, we can look into any further queries you may have. Bed is really rubbish. It can’t stand open so basically the ottoman is useless. Obviously it was cheap, but I would have been better buying second hand one. NOT RECOMMENDED

My bed came damaged I’ve tryed to contact crazy beds but they won’t answer the phone my little girl to was so up that he bed came damaged not happy

The bed arrived with a split in the headboard and the overall quality was extremely poor. I was offered another bed at at a higher price in exchange but opted for a full refund.

a short review is ironic, the bed costs over £300 and its barely tall enough to compete with a yoga mat for stature.

Order and delivery was very dtright forward however very disappointed with the bed itself. Wood used to make the bed is discoloured in worst place possible

Pic makes bed look alot better then what it is ... delivered with no bolts or screws at all so had to sleep on mattress for 3 day 8 months pregnant

Unfortunately the slated on the bottom of the bed snapped with only one night's sleep. All my son did was lay on it as normal. The plastic bits that hold the wooden slates in are too flimsy and not fit for purpose. It's a shame as the bed itself looks great and I love the light effect and fake leather. We mainly got the bed as needed a low rise one due to my sons epilepsy. Now he's back to a mattress on the floor :(. For the price I was hope it would last longer than a day!

Not impressed. Frame looked cheap and looked as if it had been painted. Have returned it at a cost to me of £95. Still waiting for refund. Only good thing was the delivery driver who was excellent

I am sorry to read that you were not happy with your bed frame, having looked at the order, I can see you ordered our Harpenden frame which is listed as follows: "Brushed brass finish over a black metal frame". However, I can understand your disappointment if this was not as you expected. I can confirm that your refund was processed on 10/09 and will be showing in your account in the next 3-5 working days. Bed cam on time but the quality is a cheap build had three broken slates .I phoned had to leave a message that was over a week ago wish I had spent a little more from a shop very disappointed.

Took over a week to be delivered, not great quality and not what I was expecting! Frame is seriously low to the point it’s only about 5”of the floor! Very disappointed.
