Very poor quality wooden slates more than 5 broke without even lasting a few months.

I guarantee that the designer never put this bed together with the pathetic tools provided. Why don't the nuts on the bolts finger tighten to the top instead they turn twice and lock so you need to use a pathetic spanner to turn the nut 90% on to the bolt. Secondly the alen key only just fits into the shallow hole and falls out every turn. Instructions don't give you enough guidance and you will have to undo what you have done at least twice. Bed look is 5/5 but 0/100 for the build. Designer should hang their head in shame

We bought a grey single bed and it arrived with a damaged headboard. We contacted the company straight away and haven't yet received a reply. Poor goods and poor customer service will make us think twice about using this supplier again.

The bed and mattresses seem fine, but I was rudely awoken by your delivery driver at 07.15, not the time window from 09.00 as stated, which spoilt the whole experience

The bed arrived damaged. I fitted it together after checking with them. Only for them then to say because I fitted it together they would not take the damaged part away. They were very unhelpful in resolving the problem. And now I have had an email advising if I can not do an on door step swap they still won't swap it out so I need to be another night without a bed for my child

Over priced didn’t revive the adapter for the plug so had to buy 1 as I got the bed for the main reason to have the lights on the head board for my son who is autistic so when they didn’t work he had a absolute melt down bed was supposed to be white but was off white dirty white had scuffs on the headboard I emailed to complain about everything and I got nothing back shocking will not recommend

The bed is very poor I'd like a refund I have sent number of emails to you and not 1 reply from your self the bed is awful Fell apart with in couple weeks

The picture of the bed I bought showed under bed storage. I emailed you and asked if it did indeed come with the storage drawers. I was told yes it does but guess what, it didn't!

The bed came missing parts and when we put the parts we could together the wood slats snapped nearly all of them are broken cause they’re made from such poor material we’ve ended up resorting to sleeping on a mattress on the floor again the slats are just outside in the bin broken so disappointed 😞

Before buy the metal bed frame you must check what is the bolts colour, I have stainless steel bolts for black frame. Before sale frame price was nearly £400, I paid nearly £200. £150 is enough. Customer service in this case - useless. On ebay you can buy black colour bolts.

This bed is absolutely appalling me and my partner tried to build this and once everything was set at built we put the mattesss on top and the whole bed fell apart we have had family members trying to fix it and they can’t so I would not recommend this place
