“Tory was a polite and cheerful deliverer BUT received a text at 4.30 pm on the Friday telling me you would deliver between 10.00 and 14.00 next day. Tried immediately to phone to rearrange but got no reply. We were away but at great inconvenience drove back to receive item. One annoyed customer. Much too short notice. Happy with item.”

We do send out the delivery notifications 24 hours in advance, however, I sincerely apologise that this was not the case on this occasion. I can appreciate how disappointing this would have been, especially as you were unable to reach us - as our offices close at 4pm on Friday's, unfortunately, we would have missed your call at this time. I will pass your feedback to our transport team to ensure that our notifications are being sent and received as they should be. “My bed was delivered on time , it was a very nice colour pine not the orange pine colour that I don’t like , was put up by myself and husband was a little bit complicated at first but soon got into the swing of it , had the instructions but had to make sure that every piece had the correct holes in the right place, Now fully erected I am very pleased with my purchase and my granddaughter loves sleeping on the top bunk”

“Arrived on the day it said it would. Delivery guy, Andre, very pleasant. Bed is lower than we expected but otherwise is just what my son wanted. Easy to put together, took my husband less than an hour. The mattress we purchased separately, really comfy.”

“I was pleased with the bed and instructions. I did get a bit worried as I ordered the bed late one Saturday and received all the automated emails. However by the Wednesday and not having any further update I emailed to find out what was happening. From there on I was kept informed. I had assumed that my order would be sent immediately and there would be no delay in keeping me informed from the information on the website. Anyway I'm happy now.”

“I was worried this company wasn’t legit as the price of the bed I purchased was so low. I didn’t get updates a few days after ordering which I queried and there must have been a system issue or similar because they all then came through. Bed arrived promptly, delivery driver helpful. Product great 👍🏻”

“Very pleased with the quality of the bed, my only issue was with communications as I needed the bed urgently for guests arriving and struggled to get any answers re delivery from company. However it did arrived on the 7th day just in the nick of time so disaster averted. I just wanted to speak to someone to get reassurances that it would be here in time.”
