“Bought a 2XL batman forever shirt that is similar to the one I had in around 1995, I assume it is a style choice but as a big person the shirt was made of hard material that my shoulders are too large to fit comfortably in so it feels weird wearing and the neck is pushed right to the edge of my neck. I will probably cut the sleaves off and cut out the neck to wear while lounging, working out or cleaning.
I will say the design is good, it looks very cool... it just sadly is uncomfortable for me, and for the price it is a bit too much of a bad situation to give it a good review.”

They sure will spam you with promos and new drops but good luck if you need customer support - it's non-existent. I wish I could say this was my first negative experience with culture kings. “We purchased an item from Culture Kings at the forum shops and received the incorrect item, the item purchased was a piece of jewelry. We tried on the one we chose and the girl who's name is Mars put the one we tried on back on display and provided us a boxed new item. We did not think twice to assure the one we wanted was in the box because we thought the employee was able to do a simple transaction without error. WRONG! I have been emailing customer support to rectify the situation and I was asked to go to the store and return the Item. Please answer how that will work when I am in TEXAS!! “Dont buy from here! I called and emailed multiple times to get my order order number for a return. If you pay with apple pay you dont get any conformation # or tracking number. Not sure why that have phone because no one picks up. ( I called during there business hours.) I also SMS, no no one has replied. EMail x3 and finally got a reply. She told to me check my junk mail "really now, I did". I paid a total of $103.41 for a shirt that cost $84.99. My return credit was$92.53 I have to pay for the shipping cost of 6.95 for the return and I will be refunded $85.58.Hmmm where is the rest of my money disappear too? Dishonest business here. “This is a terribly run and operated company. Like many people, I wish I had read reviews before ordering from the company. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone, and they use the sorry excuse that it's the holidays. If a company is not prepared for the traffic of holiday calls and emails they should not be in business. As many, say their order says it was shipped and delivered, but never received. I feel like this is some kind of scam that they run. I have contacted both DHL and USPS, and of course everyone is passing the book and no one is taking responsibility. It is impossible to get help from culture Kings for anything, via email, via phone via anyway. If I could give this company a zero I would give them a major fat zero. Stay away from this company!
