“Absolutely terrible. Sent me the wrong hat.. after 6 days of constantly trying to connect with someone they send me a shipping label to send it back. Guess I’m getting a refund and not the hat I ordered. Waste of time and money. Customer service nightmare on top of that. So I now get to make a trip to the post office to return the wrong hat… to even get a refund for their mistake. Absolute worse company I’ve ever ordered from.”
“This is a terribly run and operated company. Like many people, I wish I had read reviews before ordering from the company. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone, and they use the sorry excuse that it's the holidays. If a company is not prepared for the traffic of holiday calls and emails they should not be in business. As many, say their order says it was shipped and delivered, but never received. I feel like this is some kind of scam that they run. I have contacted both DHL and USPS, and of course everyone is passing the book and no one is taking responsibility. It is impossible to get help from culture Kings for anything, via email, via phone via anyway. If I could give this company a zero I would give them a major fat zero. Stay away from this company! Reached out to customer service and now they just keep asking for pictures which I already sent to Emilee, now I was transferred to another rep Sophie who is asking me for pictures again (just giving me the run around). I have called and emailed the company regarding this issue and it has not been resolved. This was a gift that will no longer be here on time. The fed ex website still says that it is delayed. I am unable to change the mistake made by the company. My invoice clearly provides my correct shipping address, so Its unclear how they managed to send it to an unknown location. I paid 70 for a crewneck, it came with a rip directly behind the tag and was super thin and cheap quality which is ridiculous considering its premium price tag. Customer service is AWFUL, every time I called I would be directed to a line where you could hear keyboard typing and people speaking in the background but no one picked up the phone. “They should have been shut down literally by now but no one seems to care about the laws stating they can't do what they constantly do to their victims that they call customers. They sold me a package deal that was only meant to be at the discounted rate for 9 more hours and I only purchased because of the supposed 24kt vermail bracelet which is meant to to be allergy proof . In Australia it's usually referred to as gilded silver ( thick coating of high quality gold over a Sterling silver base and in some cases contains more gold content than 9ct gold) and is considered much better quality too. Well I was pretty shocked when I reached past a magnet and the bracelet stuck to the magnet like Sap to a tree. That just can't happen and I was pretty angry as I spent almost 1500 within a month and 2 watches I bought out of 3 are pointless as they don't know how to keep up with time which is sort of the point . And my carre Paris designer c#$p came with massive holographic made in China stickers like it was something to be proud of . They where fancy made in China stickers but the whole marketing of carre leads one to belive its made in Paris, but there are quite a few reviews where people complain about the sleeves coming off the t-shirts when they wash them wtf. Really even if they didn't tie the stitching off I still couldn't see it unravelling all the way off by the end of the wash lol people said they where tripping thinking did I buy a singlet . And I emailed you guys 10 times or more and even called consumer affairs who don't do any work either ... so don't reply saying we haven't seen any communication but I noticed you don't even reply to the people complaining about lack of email communication on your guys end . All the good reviews seem short and sharp . That's a red flag for false reviews as most don't even say what they bought . I've never shopped there again because there a bunch of crooks who get away with fraud . Australia is soo fcked these days . Law is disregarded by the law and so corrupt .
