“I enjoy the feature of custody planning so that I can have a clear year picture of who has the child and on what days and then does the percentage for me so I know I'm even when planning.”

“Unless you are using the premade templates, it is not user friendly. Plus it is way too expensive for what it is and didn’t even include a breakdown of the percentages. Over all, I would say not very helpful for the price.”

“Custody XChange has given me a piece of mind that I can track my custody issues and time with my son. I was using a paper notebook but my lawyer said this program was a good idea because I could give access to a judge if need be. You can also add attachments like screenshots of text messages where things are said via electronic means.”

Hi Emily, It looks like you weren't actually logged into the account you subscribed from. Log out of the free/anonymous account and login with your email and password, and you should have no problem printing out your calendar. Hope that helps, Ben

“The calendar is difficult to manipulate. It is very touchy and it is hard to change just a few days out of the current schedule. It helps though, to avoid personal email or texting that can just lead to bad conversations.”

“The software is very difficult to use especially if the custody arrangement isn't "cookie cutter". The non-web-based version that I had used prior was much easier to manipulate. I won't be using Custody exchange in the future. Definitely not worth the money.”

“It was a very helpful tool for calculating custody hours and collecting documentation. I would like to see improvements in the calendar and make adjustments. Trying to make fine adjustments is very difficult. Appreciate the suggestions for "drafting" a new custody agreement. It provided many details that I had not considered before.”

“it was very useful in term which type and how to structure the calendar. However in terms of usability, it isn’t very intuitive. I looked around for training vidéos and most of them were based on the old version of the platform. I end up adapting my existing excel based calendar with the informations I gathered from Custody X.”

“My situation is different in that my ex is not using the site for coparenting. However, I have needed to keep all going’s on documented.
