“Love the how easy it is to manage everything, and create a parenting plan that meets the needs for my kids. Everything is explained in detail, and I love the extra features.”
“Great software with a lot of functionality. Well worth the purchase to reduce the risk of conflicts. I started on the older standalone version which was so good that I was reluctant to change but the new online one is even better, with the ability to view schedules on multiple devices and online. Highly recommend.”
“I like the scheduling tool for CustodyXChange once you get to know how to use it. It is a little bit nuanced but now that I am familiar with it, it makes creating new calendars, schedules and tracking changes to schedules a breeze. As the custodial parent, I appreciate being able to solely control the calendar. I just learned how to sync it with my Google calendar and that has been a game changer. The expense tracker is straightforward too.”
“Your program is awesome and made everything go smoothly. Just wish the attorney could move as fast as you guys. I men tioned it to her and hopefully she will check into it.”
“I’ve been a customer for about four years. My interest is almost exclusively in the scheduling and summary calculations. Early on, the scheduling was buggy and the UI would produce unpredictable results. Since then, it seems the dev team has continued to fix the tool and add features. As I update my schedule (once or twice a year), it’s been much smoother.
I found that the court was very appreciative of the clear schedule proposal and summary. If you are in a position needing to manage a custody agreement (or court action), I’d recommend spending a few hours to invest in building the schedule here. Print hard copies and put it on the fridge to record changes and bring them back into the tool later if you need it updated there for refreshed calculations.”
“I love the specificity of the platform and being able to keep track of communication and expenses.
My one problem with it is that the app is not accessible through apple store, and therefore Apple phone owners, such as my coparent, can't download and has to use the web instead. Hopefully this can be fixed.”
