I’ve been a customer for about four years. My interest is almost exclusively in the scheduling and summary calculations. Early on, the scheduling was buggy and the UI would produce unpredictable results. Since then, it seems the dev team has continued to fix the tool and add features. As I update my schedule (once or twice a year), it’s been much smoother. I found that the court was very appreciative of the clear schedule proposal and summary. If you are in a position needing to manage a custody agreement (or court action), I’d recommend spending a few hours to invest in building the schedule here. Print hard copies and put it on the fridge to record changes and bring them back into the tool later if you need it updated there for refreshed calculations.
