Purchased Dyson Airwrap on 20th June £299 was taking from my account, still havent received it. Tried calling and emailing no response several times. Managed to raise a dispute via my bank ! Please do not order anything from this company

If I have my way I wont leave any star here. Your customer service is very poor. I made an order that was incomplete and I have been sending mails and no one has been responding. I have called your number more than 50 times in the last one month and no one has ever picked. This is the height of customer dissatisfaction.

Bought airpods roughly 2 months ago. The airpods arrived quickly but were faulty thus I returned them and requested replacement. Since then nobody answers my emails, left voicemails but still nobody returns my calls, contacted them on facebook, nothing works.... really angry Don't recommend them at all, worst experience I ever had with online retailers...shamefull really

Place an order around March 25th. I returned the items within a few days of receiving. I still have not received my refund. I have left multiple voicemal messages and sent multiple emails. Still no respose back from anybody. Its been over 2 months which is absolutely ridiculous. I left a review here two weeks ago and will continue to provide an update until my refund is made.

I paid £299 for a dyson airwrap on June 3rd 2022. I emailed on 23rd & 27th June . Had an auto response saying they would be in touch. !0n days later , no response. Rang them & it went to ansaphone. Left a message & emailed again for a refund . Not hopeful

I bought Apple (2nd Gen) Airpods which were faulty on arrival, I called their contact number 7 times leaving multiple messages on what I should do, each time resulting in no response. I found their return process and sent the Airpods via tracked delivery in May which was signed by a Mr Blunt the following day (28/05/22), it's been more than 30 days (Today - 06/07/22) and still no contact for either a replacement or a refund (not even an acknowledgement of receiving the item). I paid via Laybuy in instalments and contacted them regarding this ordeal. It's been a nightmare since the beginning (arrived late but took the payment without delay). I would not recommend buying anything from this website, they have incredibly terrible communication and an even worse response rate.

They sent me the wrong GHD straighteners but not only that they have a European plug so can't even use them, tried emailing, completing their contact form and ringing and no one answers or gets back to you, terrible service

Bought airpod pro's headphones on 15th May, arrived but were faulty on 17th May. Followed the recommended return and they replied with instructions and so posted back recorded which they signed for on the 20th May. To date 22nd June, I have made 6 phone calls and sent 5 emails and have heard/received nothing from them. I am disgusted that they can do this. All I get is a recirded message that they are busy, and an auto respond email. DO NOT USE.

I Placed an Order on the 25 March. I returned the Headphones within a few days of delivery in line with the 14 day returns policy via Royal Mail tracked. I still have not received my refund. Its been nearly 3 months. I have sent Sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails. No one has bothred to get back in touch via email or a phone call. Royal Mail Tracking confirms my order was delivered back to the supplier Delivered at: 12:45, Saturday 09 April 2022 and signed by Blunt.

i placed an order for a dyson hairdryer on 4th June. Although it said 3 days for delivery, i have since read their T&Cs are 10 days. it is now 14 days. No product. No response to my email and no response to the message i left on voicemail. The phone never gets answered. Disappointing as it was a present for my daughters birthday which has now passed.

They sent me a second item in error (worth £300). I contacted the company and offered to return. They were very grateful for my honesty and said they would reimburse my postage immediately. 3 weeks later and many ignored emails later I am still waiting for my postage of over £15 to be returned to me. Outrageous! I could have just kept the item!

I have ordered my product - HomePod mini on 29th May 2022. I have been following up since 5th June 2022. I get no response. Neither there is an update on the order being processed. If I call their provided number on the website, it reaches a voicemail. Please use judgement when you are buying from this website.

1st time i have used Discount-Headphones and i am regarding about this so bad service. i have order 2 AirPods which i never received its been 5 weeks i call 100 times and emailed they send me back the proof i don’t know who have signed when i never asked anyone to leave my parcel to anyone. i put review also they deleted my review this the 2nd time i am putting review and i know this is also gonna get ignored. they are giving me a proof someone has signed and took the parcel any one can signed the way they the blaming me i can also say so many things but i don’t want to as i need proof or i need my refund i don't want to waste my money on what i never received. i hope to get this sorted sooner.

DISGUSTING !! WAITED NEARLY A MONTH FOR MY ORDER. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, REPLIES TO VOICEMAILS OR EMAILS! DYSON AIR WRAP FINALLY ARRIVED. IT HAS HUMAN HAIR IN THE BRUSHES. THERE IS AN OLD HAIRBAND IN THE BOX AND IT DOESNT WORK !!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE .

Appalling service, took my order which was for a gift claimed to have dispatched, 15 days later never answered a single e-mail (4 sent) or a phone call (2 messages left) then suddenly a refund appears no explanation, nothing. Gutted, birthday ruined, thanks for nothing

I'm really disappointed with this company. Ordered headphones, which turned out to be faulty. I returned them over two weeks ago tracked, and have heard nothing from the team in terms of getting a refund, despite following their online policy. No answer to my emails or phone calls. I've lost £50 :(
