“An order was placed on the 25th July for a set of headphones. The order was acknowledged as a success and I was to await an email to say the item had being dispatched. The dispatch notice never came and the headphones have not been delivered to this day. It is impossible to contact this company because they do not reply to emails and when you phone it is an answer machine to leave messages on which the company does not respond to. There is no customer service given by this company. The company has taken the money from my account but I don’t have any headphones. Very disappointed and upset. I chose this company because of the 5 star reviews and a recommendation from an associate. I would like my money to be refunded.”

However, the second (more expensive item) has not been despatched and all attempts to contact by email are being ignored and the answerphone is permanently switched on and not taking messages.
I would strongly advise against shopping with them unless you want the hassle of having to get your money back through your credit card provider, because either this company has gone out of business, is overwhelmed or it is now fraudulently trading.”
