“Do not buy from this company. I paid £300 for the Dyson airwrap which never arrived after having been promised time and time again that it was with Parcel Force and that they would provide me with tracking details - which they never did. I rang Parcel Force directly and they said no product had ever been sent to my address. I then asked for a full refund over a month ago which I have never received and emails are ignored and no one answers the phone. It's caused me untold amounts of stress and I cannot believe they have the nerve to treat people like this.”
“Supplied headphones were not as described (Photos in site showed BOSE, item received had BOSE marking, however seller now is advising they were Discount Headphone branded), microphone did not work and sound quality was poor. Asked for a refund. Seller took 2 weeks to provide return details, and has failed to refund after receiving the items a month ago. Seller Eventually provided refund today after I reported them for 'Failure to provide a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.' Seller then threatened me with serving court papers against me over my trustpilot review. I'll let Trading Standards determine the legality in what he advertising and selling.”
“I ordered the Dyson Airwrap 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it - I have sent many emails and made several phone calls and been fobbed off that the company cannot get in touch with Parcel Force to get my tracking number. I rang Parcel Force myself who said there is not shipment to my address. I am so disappointed as this was a much longed for Birthday gift and I am getting no help at all with this.”
