“Purchased a pair of headphones at Christmas, which, in March failed to charge or hold charge. Was in frequent contact with them, and asked to return them for an exchange. Up until this point, communication had been good and successful.
Having returned the AirPods back at the beginning of, via Signed-For delivery so I know they have been accepted, I write this review having not received a reply to 7 emails and 3 voicemails with the company. I have not received the replacements either, nor a refund. Totally appalling customer service, and frankly unforgivable.”

“I bought Airpods which were faulty, sent back to them for replacement on 31st march 22 they received on 2nd of April 22, since then I called them numerous time but never they answer their call left voice mail requested for call back no one yet called me , send then few email no courtesy to reply to emails. Not sue how I can get my refund or replacement as they not responding at all, this is extremely frustrating . I bought this Item on March 1st, 2022, On March 12th, 2022 I sent an email regarding the faulty product that I received, and yet nobody responded to my emails.....I got really frustrated with their service and gave a negative review on their Facebook advertisement....my review was deleted from the comments, and the comment section for their ad was disabled. Somehow I got in touch with them through an online chat on their website and explained the issue with the product, they asked me to return the product and I did. I can see that the returned product was received by them, and yet no response...I need a refund, please. .
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with https://www.discount-headphones.com/ that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
As you are in breach of contract and I've owned the product less than 6 years ago, I am within my statutory rights to ask for it to be replaced.
I await confirmation that you will provide the remedy set out above within 14 days of the date of this letter.
