My order took over a week to arrive, granted some items wasn't in stock but it shouldn't be in stock on the website contributing to my order taking so long making me buy disposable whilst I wait.

I ordered box of 10 of Blueberry, Cherry Cranberry Crystal Vapes and there was 6 of them that did not work. So I spent £34.99 for 4 vapes, very very disappointed.

Site often crashes mid order Excellent ordering and delivery Had a few items missing and several vapes not work properly. Customer service still havnt replied

This would be 5 star but twice they have left my package outside door and could of easily of been stolen as I live in a communal building. Other then that the capes I used to buy were nice and good price

bought 2 1 was broken at bottom and could nor recharge it txt use and was told to return but it cost 3 95 second class to return so cost me more money

I always buy my vapes from this site but when I've had a problem nobody really helps. I'm a disabled person so I order as I don't get out much but they tell me to send things back it's not so easy

First time ordering from here and unfortunately might be the last. I was excited to see that this shop stocks more variety of Tngo brand flavours than my usual go to shop and the fact that a same day dispatch is promised. It turns out this is not the case as I must have received the liquid around a week or just over a week later. On top of this , one of the 2 bottles I received was an incorrect flavour, I ordered a guava shortfil bottle but I received a passion fruit flavour which I have no use for cause I’ve tried this flavour in the past and not enjoyed it. I emailed the customer service who offered for me to send the bottle back to exchange for the correct one or get a 20% refund. I opted for the refund to put towards a new order but I have had no correspondence since accepting this as a resolution.

Found this company tonne very competitive on prices I liked the cola Ice one and the banna I’ve too? However upon getting my second delivery ther was postage to pay on it as some I d had forgot to frank the sticky labels ! So right now you were a 8.5 but after the incident where I had to catch two buses to pick up the parcel and pay for it before I could receive it! Annoying a lil tad. Especially when I payed for postage too !! So now your marked down a knotch 7,5 but end on a postjvs note I’ll. continue to purchase from you in the future

Good products but unfortunately two times in a row now I have received the incorrect order. I have emailed but no response! Frustrating, I’m paying for vapes I like and getting sent ones I don’t.

Good but one of the vape I bought it’s have noise any time I try to use it’s sceard me I thought it may Explodes , other then that is good

Got sent the wrong vape. Was told to send the incorrect one back but haven’t had any conformation to say they’ve received it and posted out my correct one. I’d appreciate it if I had an email or phone call to update me on this as I want to know when the correct one will be sent out
