“Ordered 4 crystal legend bars, 3 were good as expected. But 1 had no flavour to it, contacted customer services about it and heard nothing back after 4 days so had to send another email to which I eventually got a reply to which required me to post the faulty bar back (not free post) to be investigated. Its not worth the cost and the hassle so I will stick to buying my vape elsewhere.”

“Vape stock is excellent, no issues or concerns with product. Most recent order however appears to be shipped by a different courier (Amazon?) this was shipped from DIY on 13th with tracking information advising that the expect delivery date was 15th… there has been no update since and order has not arrived (17th)”

“I was so excited when these bright funky vapebars arrived with 5000 puffs. The flavours were great. Unfortunately they very quickly turned to a burnt taste, nasty smell and gave me a sore throat. Such a shame, I had high hopes.”

“I received my vapes the day after ordering which is good. BUT one didnt work :( ive emailed the supplier but heard nothing back. So ive paid for 4 but only had 3 that actually worked.”

“My first order came very quickly. My second order still has not arrived after it being ordered on 16th December and I seem unable to track it. However the crystal vapes are very good and very reasonably priced. Would have been a 5 if I was writing this after my first delivery”

“The delivery was fast and great service. Was a bit let down by the products tho. I ordered some disposables 3 of which didn't work out of the packet. They were cheap enough for me not to worry too much about it but I wouldn't order the fizzy brand disposables again. Not DIY's fault they wouldn't of known just one of those things I suppose.”

“Dispatch and delivery was quick but usual choice of blackcurrant-aniseed-menthol-flavour-e-liquid-concentrae was not in stock which tends to be a regular occurrence.”

“I've now had three fizz vape that are flashing and not working. I have three left and if they don't work I will not be happy. I know these are cheaper than the Crystal's but I still expect them to work.”

“Ordered some dragbar tobacco flavour vapes which didn't arrive , they sebt replacement order of cream tobacco which I had from another company & not really as good as dragbar . So I can only give them 3 stars .”

“I ordered Gorilla vapes but each time after about 50 puffs they all would not work I complained and was sent replacements but the same thing happened !!!”

“Good quality stuff at a good price. Flavours are really good and there is a huge range to choose from. Packaging is poor. My last package was a bag around a flimsy box with everything loose inside. Two boxes of nic shots were badly damaged with one bottle broken and contents leaked. No worries about 1 bottle but if more had leaked I'd have probably complained.”
