Great service but I’m not convinced there were 3500 puffs as it lasted as long as a standard 600 puff elf bar. I am talking about the elux 3500

Usually you guys are on point with how quick you deliver but my last 2 orders have been a week or more and I have found myself having to go buy vapes from shops while waiting for my delivery

Products a good, automated website not great, tells you your items are dispatched even when there not, took over a week to arrive

Not sure what is real some of the disposable’s have the uk ca Ce on them and some don’t so don’t know if it’s the real thing

I’ve always ordered of here.never had a problem but I ordered of here 2 weeks ago, and I received the wrong item, tried to get hold of Diy e liquids,after multiple emails , but just no response.

3 out 4 working vapes, unhappy due to never tried the tiger blood flavour and was only main reason I ordered from DIY E. If there's maybe anything you can do would be great.

Usually service is spot on, pricing is great and orders are received quite quickly. unfortunately on this occasion slight issue with my order which is yet to be resolved.

Always good services I order a lot but 2 missing this time still awaiting refund will not order again till this is corrected

Price wise it was very cheap but my delivery was lost in the middle due to which I bought vape outside which cost me more than the website But they sent another parcel with next day delivery

The price was good and the product was authentic and I like the service as it was quick, but they messed up some of the flavours and forgot to send me 3 of my watermelon vapes which was quite annoying

DIYe-liquids are totally fine. It's Hermes that lets them down. Once vapes are at their 'hub' nothing happens for at least 24 hours or more. Such a Shane.
