I can’t really comment. I’d forgotten about the order, it was so long ago I’d forgotten about it until I received an email asking for a review. Haven’t received any products so it’s probably time to instigate a charge back

I made my first order they arrived quicky but the one vape was listed as 2% nicotine just as I anted but when I opened the vape it turned out too be 0% when I contacted customer services they replied asking for pictures I sent them pictures and haven't heared anything back. It's. Shame really as everything else was very positive

Don't buy elux wild from here everyone I've had in 3 boxes has been defective,all taste burnt from first puff,all other vapes have been fantastic though

One item wasn't in my order without warning, refund was slow to process (two weeks) but it came in the end. Was a struggle to contact customer service. Prices are great, rest of order was fine and would use again as one delay that was made right is forgivable but would stay away if this is common.

Started off well but the last batch of disposable vapes I bought had about 5 duds in it, which made it a very expensive and disappointing experience. I probably won't risk re-ordering.

The vape arrived a day later than the estimated delivery date and time which is fine however I noticed the box was slightly beat up when it arrived. After two days I charged the vape but noticed the light started to flicker inside the vape and the liquid started leaking out of the charger hole. I can only imagine this happened from being miss handled during delivery.

Got Recommended by a friend,so I made an order,but tbh I was a little disappointed with the juice as their was just no flavour? And I like mine to be tasty as I like the Fruit Flavours,but you couldn't Taste anything,so I'm thinking of buying the Flavour concentrated and adding some to them (even tho I don't know how) lol, but they did come with in 2 days,just wish they would add more flavour plz.

The vapes are cheap, if there is a fault with the item the communication with the company is poor, little or no response.

Thats second time when I order elfbars from You guys. First time was all good, I bought 20 of them and all was Ok. This time I've order 30 elfbars, package was nice, delivery on time but more then half of them are finish very shortly sometimes after 3-4 puffs its just stop working. Aint got clue why is that.

Hiya, I got my order today and I’m not too happy with 2 of them strawberry ice cream one and mango ice mini elux as the box’s had been destroyed and when I opened it you have to suck on it to get anything out of it. This is the second time something had gone wrong with my order. I either would like a refund or you to re send them to me as this is not what I ordered. if something happens like this again then I’m sorry but you will be losing me as one of your customers as I spend a lot of money on my orders for them to go wrong

Have never had a problem with the products but on my last order I didn’t receive everything that I had ordered but was still charged. I wrote an email to explain what had happened but have yet to receive any response from the company it has been a week now

Spent over £70 on vapes 2 4000 puffs vapes broken in transit emailed customer service still no reply from them have the decency to reply to emails would be good. Still no reply from customer service as of 14 april
