“I placed my order on November 9, 2024. It is December 9, 2024 and I still have not received my package.”

Good morning. I have checked the tracking on your order (We sent you a tracking notification on the 11th November for your records). Your order landed in Canada on the 14th November. Due to the ongoing postal strike in Canada, it seems, like all imported online orders, it is backlogged in your postal system and won't be delivered until the strike is over. Australia post only made us aware of issues well after the 14th November and we have suspended the ability of customers in Canada to place orders until the strike is over. “My intro to Dreamfarm was a mini-supoon from my daughter. It was awesome! Best tool ever for scraping peanut butter jars and small bowls. I've expanded my collection to the bigger supoon and chopulas - each very high-quality and constantly useful. The other high-quality perk is the excellent customer service - I had concerns about my delivery and my email was answered immediately - all to perfect satisfaction.”

“Brought the new Champop. OMG it's brilliant! It has made opening a champagne bottle (with the safety catcher on) so easy and such a dream. Especially as there is no longer the need for physical strength, just a twist of the wrist. Love it! Love it! Love it!”

“The potato peeler is a great product. It is sharp enough to peel a tomato and it stays sharp, but it has one drawback. You cannot clean the slide mechanism that holds the sharpening ball/stone. It collects juice from the fruit that is peeled. It's dishwasher safe, but what do you do if you don't have a dishwasher?”

“We have been purchasing Dreamfarm products for several years now, and we love the creative and practical thought they put into every item. We like them so much, they are our go-to gift for friends and family. I make a point of looking at their website several times a year to see what new innovations they have to offer. I highly recommend them! Here's a pic of some of my favorite Dreamfarm "finds". Oh, and they come in loads of colors!!!”

“I was gifted a mini supoon several years ago and our family thoroughly enjoys using it. It easily and excellently does the job of getting every last bit of food from jars. Pliable, well-angled, long handle, easy to clean, attractive/fun design and colors make them an absolute delight in the kitchen. I recently ordered about one dozen minis and three regular sized ones to give away to friends and co-workers. They will love the unique and useful tool as much as I do!”

“After owning a Dreamfarm product for several years (that I loved- the garject!), I had an issue with the item and they replaced it at no charge. Their customer support team was a pleasure to work with- responsive and solutions-oriented. In no time at all I received my replacement item (from half-way around the world!) and specific recommendations on how to maintain it in the best possible manner. They are wonderful and their products are wonderful.”
