Officially launched during the chaos of 2020, Duel Autocare had a clear mission to develop ‘The very best’ in detailing products. The opportunity to test, develop and fine tune ‘radically new automotive detailing products’ was paramount to our progression.

“This fragrance is amazing, masculine woody notes with spice and smokey notes. I’d say this is probably one of Duels best but there are so many good ones. As usual the staying power is strong, spray onto low trafic fabrics and it will be noticeable a long time after application”

“I’ve recently purchased quite a few products but not been able to try most of them however those that I’ve used have been first class looking forward to a day without sunshine so I can go to town just had new 20” alloys fitted and can’t wait to see the car gleaming”

“Only recently started using these guys based on what ive seen on Tik Tok and have ordered a fair amount since, firstly cannot fault amything ive bought it does what it says on the tin ! Had a question about a product it was answered quickly by email if you care for your car give these guys a go you wont be dissapointed 😊”

“Bought all essential stuff for a good car clean weekly, a little product goes along way, the 1L bottles will last us a very long time! Snow foam lance is worth the money & the microfibre towel is effortless when coming to dry the car off! Definitely worth the money & all the products smell lovely!”

“Ordered on 30th June (delivery was expected 3rd-8th July) - not been shipped yet so won’t receive it for 8th. No contact from Duel to say why it hasn’t shipped - they state on website they will contact if they envisage a delay. Love the products you produce as they are genuinely up there with the best but this particular experience hasn’t been great.”

Hi Lee, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the delivery time on your TikTok order, which does state a delivery time of 5-8 working days, but you ordered during the Summer Sale and TikTok increased this time frame by an extra 2 days. You rightly state you have heard nothing from Duel regarding a delay, but that note you have read is regarding the website that we have full control of. Unfortunately, this is impossible to do on the Tiktok platform and it is Tiktok that provide the shipping. Duel has sent you 2 seperate emails asking for you to provide a contact number so that we can discuss the matter but to date we have had no reply. We value all our customers and rest assured we take all reviews seriously and we hope you can find the time to call us and discuss the matter further. Thank Duel Autocare

“I was put onto Duel by one of their account customers, i ordered the assault snow foam and the Bahama Blue shampoo. I used both of these on my 2015 van which has faded paint. It made it look like i polished the van but i just used these products. It was easy to use and works very well, i would recommend this to anyone who asks.”
