We are extremely sorry to hear you have experienced an issue with your delivery. Duel Autocare prides itself on delivering the very best customer service. Following on from our telephone call, we would again express our frustration with the situation as we don't understand why you would say all the products have leaked but confirm on the call that 2 out of 3 products have leaked. Furthermore, on inspection of the delivered item (item attached to review), the box is on your doorstep and has no sign of leakage, which surely would be very wet after 1 litre of liquid has leaked. We also asked for you to supply images of either the packaging or empty bottles but you said this isnt possible as they are all in the bin, surely in this situation the first thing you would do is contact the supplier and provide evidence of the issue? In relation to you speaking to a rude lady when you rang up initially to report the missing items, which we replaced, we cannot understand this as we do not have any ladies working in the warehouse and or answering the phone. Duel would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the initial "claimed" missing items and once you have supplied proof of leakage we will happily look into this matter further. Team Duel

“Came across this company on tiktok around a week ago and honestly I cannot reccomend them highly enough.First order I got snow foam and pre wash and interior cleaners all fantastic idea .2nd order I got the snow foam lance and extra bottles .. what an idea ! 3rd order I got the iron call out remover and a wheel cleaning brush.And my 4th order yea 4th order in a week I got the £50 mystery box which o received around £100 worth of goods what a bargain !! And I also got a wheel cleaner”

“I switched to using Duel Autocare products to see what the hype was about, and yes, the switch was worth it. I use all types of Duel Autocare products, including now the assault snow form which is phenomenal. Great products, great price, great fast delivery and if I were. Professional detailer, I wouldn't use anything else.”
