Hi Gareth, After looking into your order, it is very clear that you in fact cancelled your order and requested a refund. Thus resulting in you not receiving item. As I company we pride ourselves on being honest and providing a great service which is why we took the time to call and discuss the matter, but it is clear you did not wish to do so as you hung up the call. Reviews are vital for businesses to reflect the service/products provided, but in this case we fail to understand why we should receive a 1 star review for a product you didn't pay for. Team Duel

“Best snowfoam I've ever used and I've tried many over the years. Made the job of cleaning weeks of winter grime off my camper an absolute doddle. I'm amazed how much better this product is compared to the mainstream competitors, Honestly the difference is night and day. I will definitely try their other products due to being blown away by the quality of the snowfoam. Buy it you won't be disappointed. The price and postage speed was also 1st class.”

“Great customer service. Delivered quick without any issues. If you're thinking about buying this snowfoam I would definitely recommend it. Used it for the first time and it's a revelation, I've used quite a few different brands over the years and thought they were OK but this foam blows the competition out the water. I will be purchasing all my products from Duel auto care in the future based on how good this snowfoam is. Buy it, you won't be disappointed”

“I managed to use the faom for the first time last week and was very impressed. It is a lot thicker, creamier than the standard snowwash formula I have been using and certainly seemed very capable at shifteing the accumulated grime and salf that had collected on my car since Christmas. A little does go a long way - I must admit to being a little sceptical that such a small amount would clean the whole car , but it did!”

“Once again I now have a full range of these clothes and everyone of them is fantastic. Excellent quality, good size, great colours and very nice in there plastic zip bags to keep them produced and easy to store. 100% perfect for all the car cleaning jobs.”

“Just tried the wheel cleaner, snow foam and shampoo for the first time today on my van and car and I’m very impressed with how easy it all is to apply and how clean everything has turned out. Also my order turned up a bottle short and a quick phone call to you guys and a real person actually answered and apologised for the mistake and the missing bottle was posted straight out, great customer serviice means I will be ordering again , cheers guys …”

“The baccarat rouge air freshener is an absolute fantastic air fresher. It had the most amazing smell. It lasts for weeks and a good size with the Duel funky logo on it. The price is reasonable for this type of air freshener, but it does last a very long time and also keep its smell for a long time. I bought a few of these at the time and are very good.”
