“Spray foam and the polymer sealer are excellent products, Im on my second order of the polymer and feel its well worth the cost and extra time to apply. This order I took 2 microfibre cloths. They are smaller than I expected and Im not as happy with those, they feel rather expensive compared to the other microfibre cloth I have from another supplier.”

“I ordered a Gift Card for my Son-in-Law’s birthday foolishly thinking it would arrive at least within a couple of days. (Usually something as small as a Gift Card can arrive as quickly as 24hrs later) But no, it seems to have been a massive palava. A simple process made complicated. Firstly it was sent by ParcelForce. God knows why when it could’ve easily gone in a regular envelope via First Class Signed for or Registered Post. The next problem was that the online American Style Address form somehow lost my house name on the address (I’m 100% certain I entered it) and it turns out ParcelForce were unable to deliver it. They obviously didn’t think to knock on a door and ask someone! I contacted ParcelForce who told me to contact the sender to get the address changed. The Duel Autocare Customer Service guys I spoke to were very helpful and rectified the address issue. The Gift Card finally arrived today. Duel need to change the design of the address form and use a UK based format that gets rid of having the street first and the property number/name second in the form of “Apt/Suite Number”. Nobody in the UK has an address like that. So overall a bit disappointed that it’s been a much bigger hassle to get the Gift Card than expected, however, my Son-in-Law really likes the Duel Autocare products so it’ll be an appreciated gift albeit a rather belated one.”

“Love the products, especially the Flex polymer sealant. The customer service form Lee was exceptional. From sending the email about some advice with a product, to Lee contacting me back. Lee left a message via email and voice mail. I called back and he spoke me through the process and where I might be going wrong with a product. Excellent products with outstanding customer service. What more could you want.”

“Had quiet a lot of products over the last few months delivered and also picked up from the duel shop . All products are fantastic from the wheel brushes to mits, wash products or wheel cleaner . The service and knowledge if you need to know anything before purchasing is excellent. If you want your car to stay in showroom condition don't buy anywhere else . Thank you Sam and Lee”

“Purchased more of previously ordered products but this time ordered the XL drying cloth which I have to say I’m hugely impressed with after the first use. I tried my whole car leaving no streaks without needing to ring out once, it just kept absorbing.”

“Usually I have a very good experience but this time the nitty gritty pre wash was lacking very badly. I’ve let it set for 2/3 minutes through a snowfoam lance, spray bottle and a pump sprayer. I believe I got a faulty batch. It caused me to struggle to do customers cars today and I hope someone can be in contact. Thanks”
