Officially launched during the chaos of 2020, Duel Autocare had a clear mission to develop ‘The very best’ in detailing products. The opportunity to test, develop and fine tune ‘radically new automotive detailing products’ was paramount to our progression.
We believe we have achieved this with products and accessories that are unrivalled in the industry. 2021 heralded the Launch of ‘Flex Polymer Sealant’ - A 5 star reviewed product by Auto Express. This product simply blew the reviewers away, ‘we were seriously impressed with this innovative solution’. These superlatives are a simple reflection of the commitment and dedication that Duel places on new products and their development. The introduction of our Microfibre range, Duel Snowfoam Lance and the long awaited ‘Logic - Interior APC and Nitro Quick Detailer’ are further examples of how our high quality products build the brand and support detailers with the very best products.
2022 has witnessed the release of the long awaited ‘Element Hybrid Wax’, 14 months of research and development has led to a product beyond compare! We simply cannot wait to see how this product is greeted worldwide.

Hi Danny, All TikTok orders have an estimated delivery timeframe of 5-8 working days and you order for out for delivery one day later than advised which we apologise for. All TikTok orders are facilitated by TikTok through their partnership with Amazon, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 5-8 working days which TikTok do make very clear through there ordering process. Regrettably sometime delays can occur outside of our direct control once the order was processed by the shipping provider. That said, we have reviewed your order and we would like to clarify the timeline. Your order was placed on April 25th at around 9.30pm. When your review was posted on May 2nd, one week had elapsed since the order date, not two as stated by yourself. Subsequently, when you contacted us via TikTok on May 6th, this was two weeks following your order, not three. We did contact you through TikTok to help provide some information about this matter. Thank you for your order and we hopefully look forward to your future custom. Team Duel

“Was delivered quite late even though it said next day delivery. Was a bit disappointed. Regardless of the late delivery, their customer service was 💯🔥. This was the most important thing for me. Have not used the product yet but I'm sure it'll be brilliant. Also was given some tips on how to use the product which was very helpful.”
