Officially launched during the chaos of 2020, Duel Autocare had a clear mission to develop ‘The very best’ in detailing products. The opportunity to test, develop and fine tune ‘radically new automotive detailing products’ was paramount to our progression.

“Pretty good stuff but I use a lot as I have a big SUV and a smaller car. Does cut through the majority of the grime. More stubborn stuff you need to do it twice.”

“I have now used duel autocare products for a while now at first I was very dubious of using a new brand as I was a die hard Autosmart user but since using a there products they are amazing they do the job better than I thought they are now my main supplier of products for my business and the after care and customer service is second to none I have recommended them to friends and family who now also use them”

Hi Gary, We are sorry you feel we need to look into our service levels as this is something we pride ourselves on. We have tried to call you any discuss but your havent been available. Having looked into your order, I can see from the parcel tracking your items were attempted to be delivered the next day, but you were not in to take delivery and because this was a Friday the next available day for a re-delivery was Monday. Parcelforce did successfully deliver you parcel on Monday which is what we would expect. Unfortunately this type of situation is something that we cannot control and on this occassion the reason for you not receiving your delivery within the time frame (Next working day) was due to nobody being available to take delivery. “Nitty gritty had it before and dose what it says and the same for the pre wash i wash the lorry every week and it's good stuff to use top job every time and Lee and sam are good to deal with”

“Used nitty gritty mixed at 10:1 and the assault snow foam together took all the grime off the car without having to contact wash I still did though.the triple loop drying towel did a great job just wished I'd got the bigger one maybe next time all in all fantastic products”

“Very good products very good quality. Very happy with the mystery box and also the coloured snow foam. Will be shopping again soon to complete my collection and top up on the few bits I need including the snow Lance.
