Officially launched during the chaos of 2020, Duel Autocare had a clear mission to develop ‘The very best’ in detailing products. The opportunity to test, develop and fine tune ‘radically new automotive detailing products’ was paramount to our progression.
We believe we have achieved this with products and accessories that are unrivalled in the industry. 2021 heralded the Launch of ‘Flex Polymer Sealant’ - A 5 star reviewed product by Auto Express. This product simply blew the reviewers away, ‘we were seriously impressed with this innovative solution’. The introduction of our Microfibre range, Duel Snowfoam Lance and the long awaited ‘Logic - Interior APC and Nitro Quick Detailer’ are further examples of how our high quality products build the brand and support detailers with the very best products.
2022 has witnessed the release of the long awaited ‘Element Hybrid Wax’, 14 months of research and development has led to a product beyond compare! We simply cannot wait to see how this product is greeted worldwide.

Hi Ryan, We are extremely sad to see this review but not surprised considering you did threaten us with bad reviews and social media comments because we refused to refund an item and pay for postage before you had returned the item. The attached conversation clearly shows you asking for both a refund and postage costs before you had even returned the item, followed by your flagrant threats. As I business we are extremely proud of our products and the service we provide but we can and will not refund any item before it has been returned regardless, you will find the same with any business. We did phone you to explain this and say we are more than happy to get the item collected and once we had received the item for testing, we could then refund the item, but you refused this offer. Reviews are a mechanism to provide genuine feedback about a company to help business owners develop their company whilst providing customers a crucial way to decide whether someone buys their product or uses your service. They are not a tool to be used as a way of extortion. TEAM DUEL

“Received my order and one item was faulty,contacted customer service and they had a replacement part sent out within 2 days and they even sent me a second part as well,brilliant service and fantastic products will definitely be ordering more stuff thanks”

“First time using duel shampoo was one for the best iv ever used left the car looking amazing after drying the car was time to try out nitro Quick detailer what a finish my car was like a mirror then on to the windows what I hate doing but the optical glass cleaner was super easy to use and the windows look amazing buffing clothes brilliant and the glass cloth was a game changer so it’s a 10 out of 10 for me keep up the good work guys”
