Hi Caroline, we shipped the order but it was unfortunately lost with the courier. By the time that you had informed us you had not received it, the autumn shipping season had finished so we were unable to send you a replacement parcel. We refunded your order in full. We apologise for any inconvenience caused!

“I have had a lovely display of tulips. A few were blind but out of 200 bulbs that is to be expected and they will flower next year. I am very happy with the quality of the bulbs overall.”
