“Unfortunately they were not happy with the plant I'd ordered and though they said it had been despatched, it never arrived. However all good because they refunded off their own bat because they weren't happy with the condition of the plant.”

“I found that your final inspection of product needs to be improved. Although you replaced the defected product,which I did appreciate, they should never have been allowed to have sent out. To me it seemed that they had been packed some considerable time before and no further inspection had been made before dispatch. If it fits into your production line perhaps products should not kept for more that 2 weeks before dispatching after been put into their packaging.”

“Excellent bulbs .tubers corms I find that bare rooted perennial plants aren't as good but the important thing is the customer service team refunded for all defective items. That's gardening for you. Sometimes good sometimes nit”
