“I ordered 6 bulbs of red hot pokers. They arrived 5 days later. Each bulb packed individually. An instruction booklet also came showing how to plant and care for all the plants they sell which was great. I’ve now planted them and can’t wait for the summer to see them in full bloom. Great service.👍”

“Was disappointed in the variability of the quality of dahlia tubers particularly the Tom Hopkins and Just Married varieties. Some had no visible stem or buds so just had to guess the orientation for planting.”

“plants, service, excellent. Well I say excellent but have to see how plants actually grow? But, delivery was terrible. You used DPD. I received msg telling me that plants being delivered the next day. However, we were off on a 3-day trip follwing day so tried to get in touch with DPD to arrange a 'safe place'. There was no method of getting in touch with them!! So what they did was leave the plants at our front door, very visible to anyone passing our house. I had to phone my sister to go to our house and pick up the plants for me. Terrib'e service by your chosen delivery company, DPD. Therefore, although the service by yourselves was very good, I won't be ordering again as the delivery lets the overall service down.”

“Ordered dahlia tubers in advance. One of the 4 arrived with obvious disease. When I contacted DG they were prompt to arrange a replacement. 3 out of my 4 tubers have shoots, one yet to do anything.”

“My order arrived complete and correct in good packaging undamaged. The four types of dahlias and the two types of begonias were very small compared to the illustrated pictures in your literature and therefore I am not very happy with them and it is doubtful if they will indeed be very floriferous this summer. The dahlias were at least not dry and shrivelled up just very small. I order six types of gladioli, which were a good size and should indeed have a flower spike on this summer but ended up throwing away three nice corms of the gladiolus Purple Art that were covered in blue/green mould and looked distinctly wrong. They looked a bit like botrytis mould.”
