“This is somewhat difficult for me because I had reason to complain about the quality and quantity of plants delivered. A pack that should have contained 3 bulbs contained only 2, one of which was the size of a small nut. A second pack that should have contained 5 plant roots contained only 4, the quality and size of them very small. My complaints were dealt with quickly and without question and replacement bulbs sent. However, on checking the content of the replacement pack I had been sent 3 replacement bulbs but no plant roots. Again my complaint was dealt with without question and replacement plant roots promised. They haven't yet arrived but I feel sure they will eventually. If I had been asked to rate how Dutch Grown dealt with my complaints I would have happily given a 5 star rating. But, the complaints were necessary, hence the 4 star rating.”

“Have taken delivery of quite a few bare roots and bulbs from DutchGrown and whilst a little bit more expensive the quality and size of the bulbs/roots is excellent, in fact nothing I have received from them has ever failed. Would highly recommend”

“Having utilised a previous on line company only t find it bogus and scammed. I was reluctant to Try again. However I found the whole Dutch Grown experience very authentic: exceptional and professional. Queries were handled professionally and diplomatically; and very courteous.
