“Easy to install on iPhone and automatically kicked in once landed in Canada. Could also keep usual number to receive calls and turn off data roaming on that number to not get charges.”

“Easy to use. Criticism: There is no warning or invitation to extend the service when the rented data volume has been used up.”

“I purchased my easySim for a trip to North Cyprus, great deal for 20gb, on landing it did not work, but I was extremely impressed with the chat service, despite being late at night someone was on the case in literally 2 minutes, they talked me through various procedures, none worked so he sent me another eSIM which worked but he did say in the morning if my other sim was working to reconnect to that, could not fault the support, great service by easySim.”

Hi Allen, Thank you for your review and I am delighted our data eSIM worked for you. Our eSIMs are data only and not designed for traditional calls and texts. We do try very hard to make that clear on the website. We have a quick eSIM guide on the homepage where we explain that and all of our communications/adverts refer to DATA ROAMING. We hope to see you onboard again soon! Safe travels, Jim @ easySim

“I purchsed the card on an advice from a friend who had just visited Russia, and the esim card worked well. It worked well for me the first two days. A new goverment order was issued in Russia that prohobits the use of all foreign issued Sim cards. And they remove network access for those. Thus, the card did not work the rest of the period I intended to use it. I think, going forward, the card should not be offered to those who is travelling to Russia. It woud be misleading.”
