“Pros: - very easy registration and startup - clear documentation (what else countries can I use etc.) - good prices Smalls Cons: - network of Telekom Germany is slower with easySim than with Telekom Germany SIM (only 1 MBit/s) - My phone Samsung S20 requests a reboot when enabling/disabling easySim. This is not necessary when enabling/disabling other e-Simcards.”

“Great temporary sim that enables you to use data abroad without changing your physical Sim and number. Bit tricky to activate at first - instructions not the clearest (even my 18 year old had difficulty), but once it’s sorted it works perfectly. Second time around much easier.”

“I used it via an eSIM for UAE. Completely hassle free and very transparent. Also the monitoring of the data consumption. Can't be done better from my opinion”

“I bought a esim which worked fine on my phone for when I was in the UAE. My husband did the same however we didn't realise his phone doesn't have the esim function so he gave me all the details. I could not get the sim to work. I contacted customer services who explained how I needed to set it up (I already knew this as I had one previously) when I emailed to say it still didn't work I never received a reply. A waste of £25.”

We have investigated your account and we can see you raised a support case on 03-Sep and we responded in 49 mins. We didn't receive a reply from you so after 24 hours we followed up with another response. No reply was received so the case was closed. It seems like you are not receiving our emails, so would you please check your spam/junk folders so we can get to the bottom of this. And, we can see your data bundle was not used, so we will be processing a refund right away. We are going to contact you off-line because we would like to resolve the eSIM issue with your husbands phone, so you are eSIM ready for your next trip. Safe travels.

“I ask support about slow rate in Brasil. One operator promise me a refound. Then second operator says that they will talk to provider :) :) :) I never get an refound and I never get an answer. I change then to another company and everythink was ok”

Hi Axel, we are sorry you did not have a great experience. We tried hard to resolve the speed issue but we were unable to get to the bottom of the cause. We spoke with the operator and unfortunately, they were unable to locate a fault with the connection. We did not want to process a refund whilst you were using the bundle and while we were trying to resolve the speed issue. You are right, during our conversations we did promise a refund but hands up, we missed it! We will process your refund right away. Safe travels.

“- Turkey: easySim worked great. Just like a normal, local SIM card - Philippines: Didn’t work at all, had to refund - Vietnam: Some serious network coverage issues (no service on Phu Quoc) and very slow 4G in most of the other places… easySim should change the local service provider in Vietnam - Malaysia: Coverage and speed were ok, but sometimes the speed was very, very slow”
