“The eSim did not work as expected in Brazil (I could only use email and WhatsApp)- but the support from the technical team was outstanding, I only paid 50% owing to ltd service. I would definitely use this service in future, and hopefully with a better outcome”

Hi Ronny, thank you for your feedback. I have checked your eSIM and I can see that you purchased a data bundle for Madagascar and last used the eSIM in the Seychelles. I cannot find any support case from you so we did not have the opportunity to assist you. However, I would really like to understand where our eSIM did not work for you so that we can investigate.
