“Just make things easier and affordable, when travelling in places where roaming can cost around 6 quid per Mb. Thank you easySim!”

“I liked the fact that you easily install once and then buy an appropriate bundle ( and as they last 12 months you can usually get them discounted ) rather than have to install for every trip . They have worked very well for me in Indonesia and Egypt. I got slightly stuck moving my eSIM to a new phone but I couldn’t have asked for better assistance than I got from their technical support and I am ready for my next trip next week”

“Easy to use if instructions are followed. The easy sim profile needs to be set to roaming for it to connect even in the UK. Would appreciate an app to check usage instead of bookmarking the website.”

“Very simple to use and set up. Good instructions were provided. Only draw back was my telephone number didn't work for incoming calls - but I think that was me setting it up wrong on my phone rather than easySim's fault Would use again in Switzerland :)”

Thank you for your review, Louise! We are glad that our service was easy for you to use and set up and that you found our instructions helpful. Your primary telephone number will not work using our eSIM because we are data only.
