Hi Nahla, thank you for your review. I have checked our support and I cannot see a support case from you. You can use imessage with easySim but your iPhone must have been trying to send imessage via your Primary SIM. If you had reached out to us, we could have resolved that in minutes. We hope you use easySim again in the future but please reach out to us if you have any problems - we are here to help. Safe travels, easySim

Hi Willy, thank you for your review and we are delighted you had a great experience using easySim. Regarding you second point, we regularly review our pricing and we are often cheaper in a lot of destinations compared to other providers. We are also releasing new pricing and additional countries before the summer holidays so watch this space! Safe travels, easySim.

“Network cover in all five Asian countries we visited was excellent. Actually setting up the esim was not so good. We left it until we arrived in Singapore. Needed a WiFi connection to install. We will Install at home before travelling next time for an easier life.”

“Really easy to download - when there was signal it was great however i found the 4g very patchy (in vietnam). My partner was paying a premium for data through his normal provider so that we could have data when we needed it as it was quite unreliable. He seemed to get data everywhere but easysim was limited to busy cities/towns.”

“A decent value package for the US....pretty easy to load up, but coukd just do with emphasising that yiu need to untick your own SIM if you don't want to incur additional charges. I missed it and got charged an extra £6”
