“Great first experience with easySim in Australia and New Zealand. Good value for money and easy to use. The only issue i had was that I was unable to use imessage to contact family, so used Whatsapp instead.”

Hi Clare, thank you for your 4* review and we are delighted our eSIM worked for you. Regarding iMessage, our eSIMs support iMessage and iPhones ask a question on set up. We have included that step in our installation video which you can find in our Help Centre. You can also configure iMessage after installation and our support team could have helped you with that in minutes. “Very pleased with my easySim.global purchase.. Purchased the Oceania 20GB / 30 days for use in Australia & New Zealand. Installed in the UK prior to departed. Everything worked perfectly! Connected instantly in Auckland and worked brillantly throughout our holiday. I would highly recommend.”

“Even though I had an issue with the eSIM the company tried their hardest to work out what the problem was. Having said this my husband had the same eSIM and his was absolutely fine Company did whatever they could to sort the issue out for me”

Hi Alison, thank you for your review and I am disappointed that you did not have the best experience. I can assure you that our eSIMs cannot consume data by themselves and there must be a reason why your phone consumed 1GB of data in 24 hours. I have also checked our support platform and I can see you did not ask for help which is a shame because I am sure we would have got to the bottom of it for you. I will contact you offline and hopefully, we can work out why your phone used so much data. On a positive note, I am pleased your husband had a good experience with the same eSIM and data bundle. “Great customer service from Jim. We’ve used easySim for a few trips now - it’s definitely great value for money and a fraction of the price of my mobile provider’s service…. Never any connection issues but buying Sims for similar emails in the household caused me some confusion so we contacted customer support and Jim was outstandingly good at settling the problems. Turns out I had deleted a SIM when not connected to WiFi (that can lead to it still being detectable sometimes) - but he was quick, polite, efficient and gave the sort of service that ensures we will come back repeatedly…. A definite 5* service….!”
