“The First Aid course was appropriate for our sport - outdoor bowls. Our players are generally over 50 years pld, so confusion, dehydration, stoke, and heart attack are what we look for. There is a defibrilator on site.”
“Elearning is a easy way to complete training and is a good for keeping a steady pace (especially with 2 kids) however it does freeze on occasions which is really annoying because when It finally unfreezes i have to start the unit again (I understand this a fault with any online training)”
“A few people at work, including myself had issues getting onto the site. Once opened the course was well laid out, ran at a good pace and was interesting”
“Signing up to courses is fairly straight forward, however the process of adding a user to a course (when there is just me using the account) gets getting used to. I am an indivudual so not a multi user business. Nevertheless finding a course is easy, once signed up you just find the course in your course list then start the course, once you have finished a module, progress is saved so you can carry on later. Courses can be all video or a mixture of text and video. A good tip is to sometimes start and stop the video so that notes can be taken.
Once you have completed your course you can download and print a certificate. Then move on to the next course if you want to study multiple courses.”
