“Signing up to courses is fairly straight forward, however the process of adding a user to a course (when there is just me using the account) gets getting used to. I am an indivudual so not a multi user business. Nevertheless finding a course is easy, once signed up you just find the course in your course list then start the course, once you have finished a module, progress is saved so you can carry on later. Courses can be all video or a mixture of text and video. A good tip is to sometimes start and stop the video so that notes can be taken.
Once you have completed your course you can download and print a certificate. Then move on to the next course if you want to study multiple courses.”
“The back end system is not very intuitive or user friendly. It is actually very dated.
Many systems now offer user programs which include many of the courses for an annual fee for unlimited users, making them more attractive from a cost perspective too.”
“Easy to order training, personal touch even though we purchased online as someone called to ensure we had everything to support the learning. Will use again.”
“We use eLearning at Work for all our teachers, tutors and Franchisees. The courses are well structured and relevant and in the instance when we have needed support, help is just an email or a call away. In fact, is good to talk to humans! Thanks lovely people of eLearning at Work!”
“The course satisfied my requirements, i have been a first aider for almost 50 years, my certificate expired , this course was perfect to get a basic certificate for my coaching career”
