“We have used Elearning at work for two courses so far, Intro to Fire Safety and Fire Marshal, both courses were very good and well received by everyone. Would use them again.”
“The asbestos course was clear and concise but the CDM course has issues. The biggest issue being the wording of the questions. Specifically the use of double negatives meant that at times you had to work through the grammar just to be able to answer.”
“eLearning the way forward modules explaining everything questions to be answered correctly to complete modules First Aid at Work
Much better than going to a St John,Red Cross course and just sitting there no questions asked about what you learnt on the course but you still get a certificate
eLearning saves lives”
“The courses were very interesting and presented clearly so you could fully understand and benefit from it.
Would highly recommend to other Companies.”
“I made a error when signing up a member of my team for a FS course. I reqested that the spelling be corrected on her name and this was done in a swift and efficiant way by Jack.”
“I had to use eLearning to get my first aid certificate. It was pretty easy to understand and follow. However, I did have a problem with actually clicking the next button at times. So I would have to restart the page which then meant that I have to redo it again. But besides that it was easy to use.”
“A question had an incorrect answer which meant I failed the course initially and was morally wrong. The question was "Which of the following is a potential consequence if a business fails to promote the principles of quality and diversity? Correct answer shown was "staff may be treated unfairly, increasing morale and productivity". Subsequently, I referred the incorrect answer to Highfield who admitted it was wrong and amended the answer to what I had suggested. I have no idea an incorrect answer had been on the system but probably for a considerable time which must mean many others had similar issues but just didn't report it. I reported the issue 13.01.25 and it was amended 31.01 which could have meant others continuing to fail”
“Didn't like that videos couldn't be bypassed. Had similar/ same learnings over the years and already knew answers so it is frustrating that have to waste my time and watch all videos and slides.”
