“The course was ill planned. Who was it aimed at? Staff, mid level managers? Business owners? We had to hear all viewpoints which left me more confused at the end than when I started. And this survey is worse than I did the course, why are you asking how I communicated with the company? There is a muddle at the heart of your operation”
