“Excatly what I ordered, arrived very quickly.
Unfortunately to the wrong house. Fortunately the occupant knows me.
The email from the courier said it had been delivered to me personally at the correct house. Untrue.
There was no means of telling the courier this.
EW4U might want more information from me which I am happy to provide.”
“The reading lights delivered were not complete and required an additional back plate. On re-reading the product description this is mentioned but it was not obvious. Now I am facing extra costs which makes the product uncompetitive also with an added delivery fee.
Why is it sold separately in this way and why is there no reminder to purchase the rest of the light when ordering? I think that this is a deliberate ploy to catch out customers in a hurry. Luckily, i found the extra parts at my local Kew electrical shop who could not have been more helpful. Guess what?, I will not be purchasing from Electricalwholesalers4u again!”
